Anaheim Drew.... you talkin' to me?
I guess I can sell you my stock single oval tip. It's not an AMG. It's just what came with the car stock.
We would have to wait until I get my AMG exhaust tips, whether I go with single oval or dual oval tips. Otherwise I'd be running around
without an exhaust tip.
Anyway, I'd accept any reasonable offer. I shine up the chrome about every 2 weeks, so it looks pretty good.
e-mail me.
Thanks !

While the chassis for the COUPE and SEDAN are the same, many of the components are completely different, to include exhaust.
Yeah, knew about the coupe "CL203" designation. Was wondering because sometimes people "generically" label parts W203. I guess I was wrong to assume Eisenmann would make a mistake like that though...
The Eisenmann exhaust sounds nice. Long time ago forum member (forgot who) posted videos of the before/after sounds, definitely noticed the increased bass of the exhaust note. It's either this, or maybe a custom
exhaust setup.
(I'm not entirely serious about the custom exhaust, although maybe a "generic" euro-style muffler+custom piping may yield different results)

I had the diagram faxed to me today of how the Carlsson exhaust is installed. As you can see from the picture below, the installation is "similar" to the Lorinser exhaust (Lorinser's transverse pipe is installed directly into the muffler whereas Carlsson's version is installed into one of the actual exhaust pipes.

The Carlsson body is so sweet, still debating whether I should get AMG kit or Carlsson RS kit. Personally, I don't like the front RS bumper, but I don't know if AMG front will match the RS side and rear.

I appreciate your comments. Another member asked me if I had ordered the entire Carlsson system... whelp?...nope I didn't...lol
Before of the C55's arrival, I had (and always wanted) to hae a quad exhaust, prefereably a true quad exhaust (though that is harder to find on existing vehicles out there) or a system with the Y split, like the C55 has

Problem is the lack of space on C32's... the only system that I had not seen was the Carlsson's set up... finally that I got the fax today I put that thought to rest..

In case other members were interested, and having the information available is that I wanted to share the information on the thread.
Costs of the Carlsson system goes along with the prices of the Lorinser kit (a couple of grand retail aprox).. that is for the system itself... it does not count labor for installation, cutting the right side of the bumper (normally a couple of hundred bucks for install and cut of bumper)
Cheers
