Here is my W203 Brabus exhaust on my 05 C230SS. No modification needed, but it take some times to adjust the hangers. And I am going to re-adjust it next week to make it a bit close to the bumper, as the muffler will move slightly downward when the exhaust heated up and expand

I just measured mine, and my a= 6". Maybe that’s why it fit without modification?

But maybe that measurement is the whole exhaust and not just the tips?

thanks for the pics guys!

I'm not a big fan of the exhaust pointed/tilted to the side though...

Very nice BIGjohnny. How much was the exhaust? The reason why I ask is because I was debating a Kleemann pulley kit but for the $2350 they were charging for just 15 hp (installation included) I could use that money elsewhere. Exhaust would be one of those places. Also, are you still sporting the OEM header or aftermarket?

kleemann exhaust

I'm inquiring about a kleemann exhaust system with a mod shop but I was wondering if anyone here knows the retail price for this kit. And then if anyone has some input on which style I should go with, trapeziod or classic twin pipes?

It all comes down to your own personal taste, but I think that trapezoid pipe is butt ugly.

I think the trapezoid is hott! let us know if you find out any info. I'd actually be interested in that...

Already have a shop in Los Angeles that I'm most likely going to purchase from and have install. It's just a muffler with tip (for 230 K SS, 240 and 320), not a cat-back system. The cat-back system they have is for the C55 and C32. I don't know about coupe compatibility.

I'm going with the Kleeman exhaust muffler, regardless of price (for just the look of the trapezoid tip). I'm pretty sure the price that Kleeman told me directly was in the $800+ range. Can't remember the exact figure, but it was around there.
