Supersprint, etc are %700 and up.
Yeah, but the other ones you quoted are better quality than the Remus. $590 is a RIDICULOUS price for a muffler.

well it is a bolt on exhaust but the guy told me when he installed it that there is no resonator or something like that so he had to cut the pipe and then just bolted it on from there. and no it fit perfect i did not need to cut any thing in the bumper.

KJ-TypeR - actually i dont think the companies he said are better than remus, remus makes excelent quality exhausts at least for euro cars not imports. it is just a muffer but it did come with that little downpipe as the guy who installed it called it. in the pic u dont see it to long but it is actually like over a foot long.

by the way let me tell u a little about it before i post pics, after i had it installed. i started it right away and i could tell already it was there it made such a nice deep sound. and it sounds amazing when u rev it to 4k it made a nice deep throuty sound. and as the revs slow down u hear a very nice rumble sound. and when u drive and just accelerate for a stop not even flooring it u hear it just a deep sound thats sounds awsome. and when u floor it which i did alot already it sounded amazing in it with the windows open the sound of that and the supercharger made me really love my car alot more. as i floored it i was even able to feel the rumble of it inside the car. its is a sound that i cant describe very well. but i am very pleased with it. and just normal driving like at 45mph u dont really know its there u hear a nice hummm but not anyoying at all. over all i am in love with the sound and look if it. its also probally a little louder because i dont have the resonator. it also makes it look much sportier. but i actually do feel a little difference in acceleration i feel like its not really lagging like i use to feel its is definitly more responsive.

oh by the way KJ-TypeR if u thought this was expensive for the muffler just the renntech muffler is $790.00

here are some pics

Really Nice Pics
I have seen the Remus in person and it looks really good.

Did anything in particular make you choose it over Kleemann? or others as the Kleemann is about the same price.

Won't criticize you over the price --that's what it takes -- In my TT, I paid $995 for a complete APR exhaust and piping -- but the piping in the stock TT was fairly crimped and the exhaust itself was not roomy and it was heavy -- so the APR set did add to the sound and performance.

i picked the remus exhaust because i liked the look of it alot better than all the other brands i saw out there. and from what i heard none of the brands like Kleemann , renntech or even brabus have a very aggresive sound. and it still is a little cheaper than those companies anyway.

Hey, dont mind others, you get what you pay for and Remus is quality. It has a very nice throaty sound and I like it a lot. Looks good on your car and I bet you can feel the difference and love the sound. Nothing is cheap for our cars and I also like how clean the back is with no emblems. Thumbs up from me!

i went to my local exhaust shop today and did you know that you can actually fit a flowmaster racing muffler on the car. Don't know about sound but i just thought it was kinda ironic.

I'm curious... why is it ironic that a flowmaster will fit under the car?

You can fit a flowmaster on anything, but I wouldn't. This is a Benz, not a Honda or a Mustang. I just don't think it's right to put those types of mufflers on these cars. 600 isn't a lot of money for a good quality muffler.

Flowmaster sound great. Had them on a Suburban an they sounded good without being too loud. Which model flowmaster, the 60 delta flow?

If you want to hear them, go to http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/we...PerfMuff7.html

A Suburban and a C-Coupe are just a LITTLE different man.

People with Honda's don't put Flow Masters on their car either! =)

You'd be suprised just how far some people take their Honda's. Sure there are a lot of clowns out that that put RActive Garbage on their car, but there are also the people who spend big cash on their Honda's and end up with a fast car that looks good.

BTW, Black230Coupe, I'm glad you like your exhaust. It looks pretty good.

People with European cars would rather think that every Honda (or any Japanese car for that matter) HAS to be fixed up like the cars in F&F (forgetting that the mods in those cars cost tens of thousands, and they could blow away any car on this site). Helps them with their insecurities. :p

Many seem to think that all Honda's are slow even though many of them are faster STOCK than many European cars.

Hey Tommy, are you the guy with the modded CRX?
