Do you take your car camping?
I would take the GX, the GX is actually quite a capable car when it comes to camping. The C simply doesn't have the ground clearance, in fact, at my favorite campsite, the E320 in the family scratches its front chin on the uneven dirt road every now and then.
Oh and i forgot to tell you dont take the c230ss or u will end up like me getting stuck. I cant believe i got stuck it looked like i was going to make it

I take my wagon to Big Bear all the time. Just toss a set of chains in the back in case it snows. I also carry a tow rope and some burlap bags to help my tropical brothers who have not mastered the skills necessary for winter driving.
Camping in a Benz is quite civilized. Very Enjoyable.
and maybe wanted to
me.

I think it really depends on the campsite. If you tell me that your car can go to your campsite without any injury, I'd take my C230 there. The main thing is how the roads are on the campsite. If there's no problem, then I'll take any car there.
I've been to a lot of different campsites, courtesy of my Boy Scout experience. Many of which had roads that weren't a problem and the one that I visited frequently did have a portion of the road that had problems. Once at this problematic campsite (which I also use more often than any other campsite), it was raining, and the car was even somewhat stuck.
On another note, at the mentioned problematic campsite that I frequently visited, my Assistant Scoutmaster's car once had a tree limb fall through his rear glass. My advice, avoid parking under trees if possible.
Good advice, there wasn't any major rough roads at this particular campsite, so I had no problem with my C230. Notice someone in the other campsite drove a silver G35 coupe, if he can make it there I'm sure my car has no problem.
How The **** did u make it over there without getting stuck. Every where i got i get stuck lol. i guess ur lucky but it will happen one day
.One time i tried to make it up lil hill and i could not make it i was so mad

Definitely will do it again. I removed the two back row seats (not the back, just the seat) which only required releasing two bolts for each seat, very easy.
We made a short video if anyone interested in the setup and suggested improvements in our view after our first experience.
We have lived on board a yacht for 6 years but are needing to be on land atm so this is a great way to have an immersion in nature!
Cheers, Jim
