The SS has an adjustable dampening, although you can barely feel the diffrence from the softest settings to the hardest settings (in my opinion). As far as ride quality the SS and the Basic is very much the same.

Any struts on sale? My stock 2004 ss is getting a little soft in the rear with 70,000 miles on it now. I was thinking of putting some new ones in.

I'm glad to know there are honest vendors out there. Instead of pushing the customer to buy the more expensive piece, they'll tell you if it's worth it. Thumbs up to CarLab.

Hey. Do you guys offer tein suspension for a vw GTI 2004? My budy wants some and maybe he could take advantage of this. I want the basics but I will wait for the spring. I don.t see the point of lowering the car for the winter.
