245 is pretty wide in the front. you sure you dont have 275 in the rear??? out of all wheels i thought hre would have made you the correct offset.

Actually, Darwin told me to cut the offset to get a higher offset. But he said the rims might crack because the bolts would be too long. I don't really understand what he said though, but it's pretty much like it. btw, are u indo(SF CREW)?

i think H&R springs are notorious for uneven rear drops, my civic was lowered more on the rear left and ive noticed this too on my benz now, the rear right sits higher and the rear left looks more tucked. so im guessing thats why you rub, try a bigger pad to even it out like a #3.

I see. Darwin from Carlab told me that most-or all-European cars have an uneven alignment(I think it's only for the rear wheels), meaning that either the rear left or the rear right wheel will be too 'out'. My rear left wheel that rubs is more tucked from the rear right wheel. It s
eems that we have the same problem..

I thought HRE make their wheels with the most perfect offset and that it should not rub. Cause I heard when u order HRE, they will even ask you what suspension the car is running on. As I see your sig, you have 245 in the front and 265 in the back. I have 265 in the back too but my car doesn't rub at the rear. Did u brought ur HRE used? Cause I don't know why u put 245 in the front when the most ideal is 235. Good luck and keep us update.

2015 E550 Coupe, 2012 E350 4matic Sedan, 2016 fully blown out custom camaro 2SS
I'm running 19's 265 in the rear Toyo's without any rubbing and that's with 4 passengers and with Hr springs, back wheels are some what tucked but looks and rides great.
If the offset is correct and you have the correct alignments done as well as the correct camber then you should have been fine (Not the case here),
since you've already rolled your fenders and the cost for a new set (4) of tires would be between 700.00 - 950.00 (Toyo's) maybe you should have your rear fender's pulled, I have a friend who was having the same problem and he went to Azevedomotorsports here in NJ one of the best custom tuners on the east coast
, after they check out the car they preceeded to pull his fender's out (I think about 1/4 inch) and or maybe more I'm not sure, there was no damage to the paint and you could never tell he had anything done (Flawless work) at a cost of $160.50, his car ride's and look's great no problems 6 month's and counting.
Whatever you decide be careful and have the work done by a shop you can trust and you have seen their work (Make sure they heat under the fender's before pulling or the paint will crack).
Goodluck.

I just thought that I'd throw in my 2 cents here...
I'm running iForged 19x8 in the front and 19x10 in the rear with Falken 452's (235 fronts and 265 rears) with no rubbing whatsoever. My car is lowered on Teins and I've even had a total of 5 adults in it with no rubbing.
Good luck to you because I know how frustrating that rubbing sound can be!

Falken cut their tires at least 1 size under. If you compare the tire side by side you'll see the Falken 265 is usually only other brand's 255 width. Therefore you have less sidewall or should I say a more slanted sidewall.

255's for the rears (or 265 Falken as you said)? I hope they will credit me cause I just bought them last week. BTW, I'm using 265/R Nitto 555 on Brabus mono VI reps. Thanks.

I would suggest tires with stiffer sidewall if you want to run 255's. The Hankook have pretty stiff sidewalls.

Thanks, Frank and Ling. I would really like to stay with 265's for some lip protection, would the Toyo's give me that without the rubbing? Or should I just go for the 255's? I'm hoping my next buy would be the right one.
Hey, Ling, you're in San Diego right? Do you know of a local shop who can do fender rolling if I need to go that route? Thanks for your help.

Yeah I'm in SD. Local shop I know of that most people take their car to do fender rolling is Group5 Motorsport. Before you roll your fenders you'll need to confirm it is the actual fender rubbing and not the part where the bumper meets the quarter panel otherwise you'd be rolling the fenders for nothing.

just figure it this way, anything with lip protection may cause rubbing and anything without may cause curb rash or easily bent.
I would rather have the rubbing issue which can be solved with rolling/shaving the fender for cheap labor than bending my rims which can be costly and time consuming.

His tires is Michelin PS2 which has a donuts style sidewall, very unfriendly for lowered W203. I already suggested running Toyo T1R. Unfortunately Falken already discontinued their FK451 lines, but i never like the sidewall anyway (no rim protection). The FK452 has a similar sidewall like the Kumho.

The Toyo's will not offer lip protection. Don't ask me how I know.
I'm not sure which tire would offer the best of both worlds.

In his case, the tires is rubbing the fender at first. We roll it and shaved some of the plastic and metal along the area where the bumper meet the QT panel. It still rubbing. The tires is rubbing on the area where there is a bolt holding the rear bumper to the OT. if we took the big screw out and replace it with a small ones, I am afraid it may not hold overtime.

I think you need to run 255/30/19 on Monoblock VI reps. 265 toyo T1R will still rub.
