'07 230 AMG exhaust sound?

'07 230 AMG exhaust sound?
For anyone who owns an '07 230/350 sport.... Do the AMG exhaust tips have a different sound than the '06 model exhaust? I know they're only tips, not sure if they did anything do the actual exhaust or not for '07. If anyone could post a clip of their stock exhaust I would appreciate it. the muffler should be the same. the 05-06 is really two tips turned into one. i think in 07 they just made a twin exhaust tip. it's definitely not an amg muffler. it should sound the same between 06 and 07.

2007 C230!!
I have an 07. Coming from an 04, it is WAY deeper! I think it's throaty. My buddy has an E55 and he was impressed with the sound. When I stopped by his haouse, he said he heard my exhaust when I pulled up. It's not like a "true" AMG sound....but I have no intentions on ever changing it.

maybe the 07 amg exhaust is different!?
but I saw it at the dealers, it looks like just tips.
from 04-07, 04 is still I-4 SC, and 07 is V6 NA
and usually the V6 gives a louder growl

i have the 07 c230 and it has a deeper sound then the 05's...my buddy had an 06..i dunno if his sounded the same but before i got my remus on it was pretty deep...now with my remus muffler its veryy deep...i love the sound not 2 loud/not quite...just classy

resonator is built into ur catback piping, theyll jus cut it out and weld ina straight pipe.
advans- i got my car back from the shop today and the tubes were put back on haha so i pulled over to a gas station and pulled them right back off, ahhh its nice to have my baby back lol.

Right. I posted that link for comparison to a '07 with the AMG tips. Is anyone willing, or have the capability, to record a video of their '07 exhaust? We can make sure if there's a difference or not that way. thanks
