If your looking for a manual in a book, Haynes now offers one for our W203.
It covers 2001-2007 C-Class (item #HM-63040). I don't think it covers the AMG engine. I have ordered one locally and should receive it in about 2 weeks. My other Haynes manuals are fairly good, but the photos/diagrams aren't the the best.

You are going to find the Haynes manual very average. But hey, it's cheap & cheerful.

It does apear to be a pirate, but it works fine. The install was long but not overly difficult if you know your way around a PC. No funky setup. Got it from "victvator" on ebay. He includes install instructions on the DVD. The setup would be the same from MB. It is not designed to run on ahome-use PC but probably a dedicated one. JMO.
