Tech manuals can be purchased on DVD-ROM from your Mercedes dealer. The part number is P-2700-203-06. I think they are about $100.

I had the DVD, but damn, I can't find it anywhere!

It's a PIA to use.
Had it, done it, been there.Let us know if it's not
It takes hours to install, and requires some funky set up.
800formercedes to get the actual W203 DVD for 60 bucks.
70 with ON shipping.
