New to the Forum...? for all you verterain modders.
Hey everyone been lurking for months decided to join...

This isn't really a mod but I have a 2003 c230k and was just wondering if I can switch out my shift knob for an 06 c230 sport shift knob. Just the knob not the boot. And If so where can I pick-up the knob? I went to the dealer today and they tried to sell me the whole unit, not even knowing if it would be possible. The guy was clueless!

Dealer will only sell you the whole unit.

Only way to get just the knob is on the internet. And yes, it is possible. Check the sticky thread for the DIY.

i believe the knob is the same 05-07 and i know some people use the 05 knob for the 01-04.
