I'm planning on getting new grill for my car really soon but I just can't seem to decide which one. I've searched on this forum for pictures and threads but just can't seem to find anything relavent.

I own a white c240 and am debating in whether to get the black grill with chrome accents, silver with chrome accents, or all chrome...suggestions please?? THANKS

I would go with the black one as the first choice, then second the chrome one. Forget the silver....

If you HAVE TO get a CL type grille, get the black but I prefer your stock grille.

No, I think it's cleaner and classier. I had the CL type grille on my sedan way back when for a different look, but ended up putting the stock grille back on. Here's some pics for reference...

You're soo right .. it does look cleaner with the stock grill. But the thing is your stock is nicer than mine b/c it's chrome. mine is really ugly =(

OEM is the best way to go. save your money and play with it at a later date. if clean is your look, if not, then by all means get the black one

I say paint your front grille flat black. Looks nice on a white car.

Personally, I'm partial to the MH-Dezent grille, just cuz it's on my car and mine is color matched (except for the star portion).

I think the silver and chrome will have a nice flow with your car...if not paint the stock grill is your other option to have the unique appeal..

Black one will look good, even if you want to keep the rims...the black ones have chrome in them, so it would still look good...blake ur car looks very clean...and I agree with going back to stock grille on ur car...it looks nice, ever think of puttin your emblem back though since u went back to stock grille? just curious, and I'm well aware of the argument about this...just want ur thought...cuz a cl grille for me is a possibility but not for a long while, as my budget is strict.

Those are old pics. My sedan was totalled about a year ago. I prefer the flat badge on any Benz rather than the stand up star hood ornament.

My thoughts exactly. The CL grille only looks good if you look at it straight on, but when you start looking at it from an angle the front starts bulging out. If it was the C55 w/ expression grille, now that would be a different story.
