I have Stage 2 and no other ECU options, I just drove this weekend from Laguna Niguel, CA to San Luis Obispo and back, that's about 550 miles roundtrip with some traffic and long stretches at 85 mph and I got 29 mpg. The best I've gotten was 32 mpg of steady 72 mph cruise control on relatively flat road. Day to day driving to work I get about 22 on the low end and 26 on the high end with an average in between. Worst case, aggressive driving I average 19 mpg per tankful. These are numbers from the computer and I haven't verified if they are correct but they aren't far off if at all.

2002 C230 K
I had noticed that driving at night with the air conditioning off I was getting much better highway mileage. I then experimented by driving to work with different climate control options set. Using the AC compressor usually cost me about 1 mpg (for a trip of the same time, mph and ambient temperature).
YMMV (literally).

My fuel mileage has not changed much since the pulley install. The car is set at Stage II and base timing. I can easily get 28MPG on my daily commute (45 miles, mostly HWY at 80MPH). This is around 1/2 to 1MPG less than before the pulley upgrade.

2002 C230K, Auto, etc.
Mileage
I have a 2002 C230K, auto, with 1500 miles on it. Last Monday I took a 220 mile drive. Mostly freeway driving 85 when able and rarely under 70. Ended up with an average mpg of 27.4. Not bad for a new car using the A/C on auto set at 74 degrees.
The car is totally stock.
