AHHHHHHH Furious!!!
I took delivery of an '07 c230 sport earlier this week. the car is beautiful, I will post pictures below. Today, my father gets back from a business trip in south america and we swap cars (E320) for the day to see how he likes it. I get it back, and there is MASSIVE curb rash on the right front wheel/tire
. I am so mad, but at the same time what can you do... **** happens. anyways... anyone on here selling an '07 230 sport wheel by any chance??? If not, any idea how much they run for?
i am so pissed off. this ruined my weekend. I'll post pics of the damage tommorow.

We have a place that can repair them I'm sure theres someplace around you that can repair yours. Check out skipswheelwerks.com. He does a great job, most of the good wheel repair places do a nice job and you will save money. Plus those wheels are nice looking.

Stop in the dealer Saturday AM, and order a new wheel. Cry loudly and insist on a nice discount.
When you get home make your dad stand in the corner for an hour, and then write 500 times "I will respect the man, and I will respect the man's car."

Yea and as for the whole "Eye for an Eye" mentality, I would be pretty deep in the hole if I had to repay everything my parents have given me (college/grad school, etc..) I'm just gonna look for another stock wheel for now and wait to mod at least for a couple of months.

Thanks man. Yea I cooled off Sunday and took it out for a drive with some buddies. I took it out to the 'country' on some nice roads and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the stock Michelin's. It felt like I could pull 2g's on those things, so much fun!

If your wheel has the same paint as my '06 17" sport wheel then you are out of luck on the repair option. I talked to a lot of wheel repair shops and my MB dealer - That wheel paint is a special metallic paint that MB does not release nor do they even offer in touchup version. In order for it to look right, you have to buy a new wheel. I priced my '06 wheel from the dealer for like $320. Not bad really for MB dealer retail. If someone has info to the contrary, I would love to hear it.
