Vancouver--German Car Fest (who's coming?)
Hey guys,
I just thought i would get this started, there is a German car fest that is happening this weekend in North-Vancouver and i was wondering who is planning on coming, its going to be a big event, there are going to be all German cars there, like BMW's, Porsche's and Benz. It would be a good place to meet and we can take some really nice pic of some old and some new cars. The more ppl the better the full details are as follows
The local Mercedes-Benz, BMW, & Porsche clubs are putting together a German Car festival.
All Mercedes-Benz owners are welcome to attend - we are looking for as many participants as we can.
Since the proceeds of this event will be going to help out the Harvest Project in North Vancouver the more cars attending the more we can donate.
Start Time: 9:30 am @ Parking lot area of Cypress Park
Tour starts @ 10:15am ending at Waterfront Park
Required by all participants: $10 per car AND a food donation to go to the North Vancouver Harvest Project
There were over 100 cars last year so bring the family and all of your German fleet.

I wish I was up in Vancouver for this. 
I would definitely love to see all Mercedes-Benz classics and other German beauties in such a great venue.

Lies! those pics are from 05! last year there was only 1 modern benz :P (I still have 300 pics from last year if anyone interested). I'll be there for sure, but not yet sure which car(s) to bring 
The first cars to the park tend to get surrounded by others and trapped all day. If you park on the edges, you should be free to go.

Sorry i did not read the full heading i just copied and pasted, i guess ur right those pic are from 2005. Sorry again. but if the weather holds up it should be a good event for sure.

i doubt the turn out would be that great if it rained. do you really want to walk around in the rain? i'll play it by ear and see how it goes. i'll give you a ring.

i think the weather is going to be like today, little sprinkles in the morning and then clear it in the early morning.... if that happens lets just got a little late.
