Hey guys,
My local MB dealer has a promotion going on until Monday: that they will beat any advertised price on a variety of 07 models.
My father is looking to purchase an 07 c230, so what are the best deals floating around?? If you could provide me with links, that would be great.

MBUSA has the lease offer for $199 a month for 27months...forgot what's the down pay tho. this is for the C230 sport sedan.

Huh? The advertised special on their website is $309/mo (plus tax = $334), + 3,854 + sales tax, first/last payment etc, probably $5K drive off and it's for a manual trans car, solid color but with sunroof package and 10K miles per year, 25 cents per mile after that, ouch.
Or take their 2.9% for 72 months at 15.15 per 1,000, so if you can get it for $6K off, that would probably be $28K out the door (remember, it's solid color stick shift), 20% down gets you a $363 payment but you own it, no mileage limit.

Can somebody confirm the 3500 down, 199 a month deal? The salesman at FJ laughed at me...
Then he quoted $399 a month and 1800$ down and I laughed at him. This is unreasonably high, correct?

$3500 and 27 month is right....gotta check if it's $199 or $299 plus tax.

ExploreIsn't the 199. deal for leftover 2006 punchouts that never made it to alternate transportation? Before you ask, punchouts are cars dealers reported sold to capture a manufacturer to dealer incentive, and alternate transportation are cars that the dealer "intended" to be used by people who were having warranty work done. Many were never used in rental, and have 10 to 100 miles on them.
FJ is advertising the 199. deal on radio, but does not give details in the spots.

You can get 2007 C230 for $500 below invoice ($27k) and 1.9% (not 2.9 officially advertised) financing for 72 months from MB Financial. MB is running special sale right now, see the details on edmunds.com. 2008 models are coming in four weeks, I guess they are selling out inventory.
