Help how to open the Glove box....

Help how to open the Glove box....

hey guys,
i just need a little help, i want to run my AUX cable into the glove box, but cant seem to find a way. is there a way i can run the wire from under the glove box to inside the glove box? so i can keep my ipod in the glove box?

does anyone know how to take apart the glove box and open it up so i can run the wire into the glove box.

how do i get the wire in this location?

i want the Ipod to sit in the arm-rest. (glove box)

I'm confused. Do you mean the center console or the glove box?

i wanted to do the same thing Harry. maybe when you figure it out we can do this mod together. i asked teh dealer to rewire mine from the glove to my arm rest and they said it cant be done (liars!).

sounds good, i tried today, there is no access to the arm rest from the bottom floor of the arm rest, i think i might have to drill a hole through the armrest and fish the wire under the carpet and then through the hole in the arm rest and then up to the top portion of the arm rest.
the problem with my car's arm rest is there is something big thing blocking most of the arm rest area, so i have to get the wire to run in from the front end not the back end. but we'll see what we can doo.

i will mess around with it a little more if i get can get it to work then i'm set.

14cue: i think its a lot easer on ur car, if u want we can test it out on Sunday when i see u. i dont think u have something covering up the inside of the arm rest.
