Shipping is a flat 160 anywhere. I ordered this hood last week before this sale so mine should arrive today or at worst tommorow. If it comes today, I will post pics for you guys to judge for yourselves. They are pretty much just emptying out their inventory of blems, overstocks, etc I think with this 2 day sale. I called up pretending to be someone else and asked about the cf hoods for five different cars.... most ended up being out of stock. Out of the ones in stock, some are blems and some aren't he said.... which I interpret as "if you don't ask, they ship you a blem and tell you tough luck." If you ask, they will supposedly tell you if it's a blem, but don't forget their quality standards regarding blems might be far less than yours or mine. Just be careful 
I have my fingers crossed. Even if it's a blem, it's still a good price if you guys plan on painting it over..... don't forget that fitment might not be perfect and you will end up having a body shop do some work on it.
I have seen a few erebuni hoods over the years and it's a hit or miss, depending on who made it for them. Let's hope this is a hit. Got my fingers crossed waiting

damned. i DO love a good deal. but every time i see a kid with a car that has a carbon hood on it, i scoff. i just couldnt be that damn much of a hypocrite, could i?

painting it is impossible. a good MB painter would be able to get close, but never dead on. who can match the jersey and carolina sun fading that i'm sure had occoured?

If you look on that link for the sale and click on w203, there's a link at the bottom of the carbon fiber hood page that leads to aerodynamics. It only has sedan photos. Someone above said there's nothing for the coupes and I know for a fact the coupe hood is different than the sedan.

But it's in Sun Valley and there's no way I could've gotten all the way there without having to take 1/2 day, which I'd lose money for doing. Oh and it was apparently the only one left in Cali.

so i called, and shipping to Seattle, WA is $210!!!
about the fitment, they said that they have a pretty good mold and they're a lot more strict about their CF products than the fiber glass ones. Only thing you need to do is "adjust" the hood when you put it on.
in the end...i didn't get it.
i'm not too sure how i feel about it right now....

) They brought up local pick-up to me because the wherehouse is in Los Angeles and it would've had to be picked up by 6:00pm today.Anyways, wasn't worth $335 for me. I've purchased from them before, but that was a spoiler for my MX-6, which was perfect fit. Hoods are a different story. I'd rather not f' around with hood fitment issues.

Well I guess I can be the first to say that me and Tom with the E320 both bought hoods for our cars...he went with Matt with the A4 to pick them up at the shop. Excellent quality hood, have two of them sitting in my garage, most likely will install tomorrow and I will post pictures.
