good price, but a friend of mine has an erebuni hood on his clk and the fitment was terrible! had to switch it for a VIS hood...might be worth taking the risk for that price though..

The clear coat will chip and likely get cloudy over time. MikeSSW203 had his smoked when this happened and it looks great. You can still see the CF weave, but the discoloration is no longer noticeable.

My VIS hood (one of the first in production I believe) has pretty much perfect fitment and finish which might have been due to the custom paint I opted to place on top of it. So in my experience? VIS-FTW.

Can't speak for the Erebuni hood (or any of their kits for that matter). I've known that fitment was an issue with many of their products though.

Shipping to TX is $160... they won't accept any of my UPS/Fedex/DHL accounts. They use a trucking company.
They will only ship to CC billing addresses (which doesn't work for me b/c I need to have it ship to my company).
There are "more than one" in Stock.
So... for me, $285 plus painting and installation.
Overall, the guy had no idea what he was talking about. My feeling is the hoods are no even in the same place you call.
