Does anyone know if H&R lowering springs off a Clk will fit on a C320?

No. The W203 is a McPherson front.

Putting springs that were made for a different car can cause many problems. The CLK (especially 430/55) have an entirely different weight than the c320. Additionally, each corner has an entirely different weight. Putting CLK springs on your car would cause undesirible handling as well as either being higher or lower than they are intended to be.

check the part # on ebay and compare it to the part # on H&R site and make sure it is the correct part for your vehicle...
