Broadway sport racing mirror placement recommendation
PROBLEM:
Once installed on most cars, your passenger can't extend her sun visor all the way because it will hit the Broadway mirror mess up the angle. Your diver side sun visor mobility is also limited by the Broadway mirror.
SOLUTION:
Install the mirror off-center so that it's attached left most on the existing mirror. This will allow clearance for your passenger to move the sun visor to it's complete extension. The driver side will also have less limitations. From the front of the car, it may look awkward that it's off-center, but it's worked for me.

Euro convex are less obtrusive, nobody can tell the difference except when you look closely at the side view mirrors, and broadway mirrors are usually found in JDM's.
By the way this thread isn't about using racing mirrors. It's just a recommendation on helping people who already do.

why cover up the auto dimming mirror that is already pretty good with something that looks like a cheap tack-on (b/c it is!)?

even if it's for the sideview mirrors, why would you do that? they're (at least the drivers' side is) autodimming and they're heated as well...
For those who haven't tried a Broadway, it's worth a shot.
