Anyone ever bought aftermarket parts in taiwan?

Hey guys I'm planning to get some carbon fiber lip and maybe also trunk spoiler from Taiwan since my family are coming to visit US for my brother's wedding in a few months.

I know prices for those are a lot cheaper in taiwan as compared to here in the states. Too bad I'm still a poor student otherwise I probably would just buy those stuffs here.

I was wondering if anyone ever bought stuffs similar to those from taiwan and could recommand retailers or online aution sellers to me.

Since all those yahoo autioners always say everything would fit with no problem but I just don't really trust them
Last thing I want to happen is to buy the parts and figured they wouldn't fit on my US spec w203

Thanks for reading!
Joe

Taiwanese people don't like to hear people say they are Chinese.

If there are cheap stuff in taiwan for the coupe I would give it a try.

2005 C Wagon (No snickering please!)
There is an industry in Taiwan that does nothing but make car parts by using a genuine part to make molds to cast copies. The problem with this process that it causes the new part to be up to 1% larger than the original.

This is not a problem in most of the time, but in the case of a body part, headlight, or header assembly you might not have the inclination or ability to modify the part or the car to make it fit.

I know a lot of folks in Taiwan, and I can't tell if they are Chinese, Taiwanese, or even Formosans, so I just call them people.
