Part number for oil drain plug crush washer?
Anyone know where I can find the number for a 2.5L V6? I am looking to order the goods to change the oil. It will be the car's first oil change. I'm not interested in the suction way of doing it- I would rather (for several reasons) go under the car. Thus far, the cheapest place I have found for Mann or Hengst filters is KOPerformance ($10). They have the crush washers- but their lookup gives me a couple options- and I just want to be sure I get the correct one. I guess I could just call them tomorrow, but I would rather get it ordered tonight.
I found a part number by searching here- however, it was for the older engine.

The ‘seal ring’ for the M272.961 is N 007303 014106
I have some (new) spares in the hardware bin. Shoot me a PM where you would like it sent. It’s yours.

My parts cabinet is supplied by the Wurth salesman and the label reads N007603 014106. I wonder what the difference is? The rings inside are copper washers, with a dimension of 20 x 14 x 1.5mm. They are made by Fischer & Plath and the part number on the box is 24971-M131. They cost about a quarter.

Good deal- thanks guys. I will get that as well as the filter ordered this afternoon. Both filters are fleece- but any preference between Mann or Hengst? They are more or less the same price- within $0.50 of each other.
Splinter- thanks for the offer. No need to hand out your spares though. Besides- they are so cheap, the postage for you to send it to me would cost you more money than it's going to cost me to have them include it with my order

Mann is the firm that worked with Mercedes to produce the fleece (polyester to a chemist) filter. I suspect the Hengst is about the same with BSAF being the most likely supplier of the raw materials. I have never had a bad experience with either. I would think that there are just different distribution networks for the brands in the EU.

The pictures of the element itself looked the same between the two. The endcaps were a different color though. I went with Mann- saved $0.52
