SLK got totaled...
that's why there won't be any part out whatsoever
might be either gonna get another SLK, a CLS or the new S class depends what my parent thinks, my dad thinks that he want a bigger car cause he likes the W140 that we have in Hong Kong, my mom still miss the fun she had in the tiny SLK, and i told them CLS will solve the problem (coz i love that car!)

the wheels are badly damage.
he said he was driving by and all of sudden he heard a LOUD BANG SOUND and look at his rearview mirror he saw a car flying, he was talking to my bro today and thought it was a toyota

and he thinks that for that kinda damage with driver running thru red light that driver must be going over 60MPH to send a car flipping.. anyone agree?

Damn that scares the heck outta me.

btw guys, looking at the pics does my SLK actually look total to you?
my friend said it can be fix for a easy 20g, and the dealer told us don't bother repairing a convitible
What you can see isn't the trouble- it's those things you can't. I wonder how many thousands of dollars just those airbags are. The shot that car took to the side has probably given the chassis a tweak it'd never recover from.
i can't believe what we heard last week...
the CX7 guy's insurance company actually tried to accused my brother of running red light instead of him, they got no proof, and even the CX7 guy admitt at fault they would still tried to accused my brother running red light.. The lights was sure green, even the police report said that my bro has the green light
wow

The technical answer would be that the car is totalled if more than half the value of the car would be required to fix it, and $20k is most certainly that.
