Best Pics of Orion Blue C-Coupe w/ C7 out there!

Seeing as how I just ordered my Orion Blue C230 w/ C7, I'm pasting the best pictures of said car on the web available. These 2 sets of pictures conclusively helped me decide on which packages I wanted, so here you go, eye candy for all you orion blue w/ nice wheels nuts:

Is that Orion Blue or Capri Blue?
Looks kind of dark to be Orion...

It's orion blue. But I know what you mean. Orion blue is very chameleon like. The darkness of the colour changes drastically depending on the intensity of the sun, or in the case of the pictures, lack of sun, which makes it look so dark.

That's interesting. There's a parent at my school who has a blue C-Coupe, and I swear it's Capri. David, how do I tell whether a car is Capri or Orion?

99 ml320, 2002 C230K

I would call Orion a medium blue, very metallic, lots of sparkle, kind of light the deep color of the waves on the north shore. Capri is very, very dark, similar to what used to be called Midnight Blue on domestic cars.

Perhaps the one I've been seeing *is* Orion. If I manage to get a picture, I'll post it and then we'll see.

99% chance it is Orion and not Capri, Capri Blue is not a standard color for the C230, if you go to the "Build Your Own" Mercedes website, you'll see a $1500 special order cost if you ask for Capri Blue. Orion Blue, on the other hand, is a standard color and only entails the $650 metallic paint charge. This is exactly OPPOSITE of the policy on all other C sedans, for them, capri blue is standard and orion blue is the special order. The c-coupe is specifically designed to take advantage of the Orion Blue color. If you go to the C-coupe mercedes web-phamplet, it's one of the main colors.
