However, since the wheels came from the clk, would the front offset won't clear my 06 brakes?

Another question, I lowered my car using tein basic and would 19s cause rubbing?
if it came off the CLK500 then it'll fit. if it came off a CLK320 it may not fit. ET38 is too high offset.

Brabus recommand ET30 for 19x8.5 and ET35 for 19x9.5 or 10.

Rear Tires rub fender

Anyone that has 19" wheels and lowered 1" have any problems with the tires rubbing the inside of the fender or wheel well?

a lot of people here have 19's and are lowered.

it will not rub if you have the correct offset and tires

Did you read through the thread or search? It's been discussed (even in this thread). If you have a 2001-2004 luxury, you'll have to roll the fenders. If you have a 2004.5-Present Sport Sedan, it's the wrong offset on the wheels or wrong tire size (cuz the fenders are rolled from factory)

Try ET32, with an 8" width wheels. Tell them to reduce 0.5" from the back barrell of the wheels". This way you have a win2 situation - Clear the coilover (all the way down), BBK and not worry about messing your fender.

Just my .02 cents

Hey D, the only thing we really have control over is the offset, but thanks for the recommendations. They won't allow us to change the width of the barrell or size of the lips. They're making a test set first to be sure the specs I provided will fit, then production will begin.

So i narrowed it down to these 2
the first one is chrome and only 18.5 all around, so it's non staggered
[IMG][/IMG]

the 2nd one is the black brabus VI replica staggered

[IMG][/IMG]

So which one do you all think would look better for my white 06
any input would be greatly appreciated
thanks

guys i have a question i know that i shouldn't be asking as this has been discussed. But i need help to know for sure.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-BB...QQcmdZViewItem

these rims are 18x8 BBS rxII with 32mm offset. I have a cl203 with the c32 brake kit up front. To my knowledge i'd need a 5mm spacer upfront, but other than that would they fit?

255 will be too wide for the front.
