Hey frank whats your offset for the fronts? I'm trying to see whats going to be the best offset to have that flushed look like what you have. Also did you roll and pull your rear fenders? Im thinking of getting 19x8.5 +25 and 19x10 +30 ( i know i'll have to roll and pull the rear fender)

the LM's 19x8.5 et27 and 19x9.5 et27. 19x10 et30 will not work.

my fenders are rolled and inside shaved clean and camber dialed to negative to avoid rubbing.

Any extra parts I need to get? Fitment issues? Can I install springs and shocks/struts with the stock 17" wheels while I hunt for wheels? Thanks in advance!
Any thoughts on this guys?

slk wheels on c230

i have 2005 c230 sport sedan, it has the stock big (bigger) calipers.

does anyone here know if these wheels will fit without spacers?

https://mbworld.org/forums/wheels-ti...slk-350-a.html

i'm concerned about the front being 37 offset. i think the rears will do just fine.

thanks in advance

hmmmm which offset would you suggest for 19x10 then? I might just have to go with 19x9.5 then. Also do you have any pics of your shaved inside?

19x10 et35 is max what you want to go unless you want to stretch the tires.

no pictures. just look at where the fender meets the rear bumper when you have the wheel off. you can easily figure it out. whatever that's protruding out and doesn't affect holding the bumper = cut it off.

hrm. something isnt adding up...

can you clarify why 10j+30 wont work? because of rubbing on fender or inner wheel well/suspension?

if you are running +27 with negative camber than +30 with 0* should be somewhere pretty close to ****...i would think.

im deciding what size wheels i want to cram into my wheel wells is why im interested.

thanks.

That's not really what I asked. Rofl, Long time since I have seen those img's.

I figured out why I was confused. Mixed up your other rims from earlier post. The 10j's. Thought you were saying those were +27 but +30 wouldn't work.

Looks like you were running a 265/40 on the 10j's? Hard to tell on iPhone.

Offset doesn't matter for brake clearance. Spoke design and amount of material on Back of mounting face is what give you brake clearance.

Are these decent wheels or are they too heavy and/or bend easily?

19" are cool you will get some rub. You will probably need to roll the fenders.

19" will look good.
