Need Some Input On PORSCHE Wheels, Please.
i STFF, but couldnt find any help...
i already asked some of my friends that are wheel ******, but none of them own mercs, but, you guys do...
so, im looking to get some porsche 997 turbo wheels
19" 8.5 front ET 57
9.5 rear ET 46
i want that stretched euro look, and i plan on 205/35/19 front, and 225/35/19 tires.
will this even work? if so, what size 5x130 to 5x112 adapters will i need?

Your problem is you need 12mm or so in the rear... even if they make adapters for lug bolt cars like ours (I have never seen them), 12mm isnt enough thickness to get good thread engagement for the wheel bolts to fasten to.

Well it looks like I need to retract my previous reply about adapters for cars with wheel bolts instead of studs...

This is the first time I have ever seen this, and I used to work at/run a speed shop. It looks like he switched to wheel studs and lug nuts. I don't know how hard it will be to find ball seat lug nuts though, unless it all just came as a kit.
