idk if the rear setup on a W209 500 and W203 are the same as clearance goes but i recently test fit my work wheels. they were spot on for a 19x10-0 A disc. it was the front i had an issue with but i just ordered a 15mm spacer for the 19x9+21 making it +6.

I think the w209 has more clearance in the rear than the w203. We can fit 10 in the rear but its really close and if you lower the car you'll have to really pull and roll the fender or it'll really rub. 8.5 is ususally the farthest we can go up front unless we want to really poke the wheel out from the fender.

I personally like the CCW classics.... HELLA SEXY wheels

Copper looks crazy nice... Might get them or polish if I go with CCW 17 or 18s?

i will most likely have to do a pull on the front because the 15mm spacer didnt help. i also sent an email to MB Arts on some kind of front camber adjustment piece but he said they are working on it. just trial and error until i get it correct since i dont really have anyone else to look to for info regarding these sizes.

Are your fronts hitting the caliper? Is that the issue. Thats the only really problem with Work wheels and our cars. Their disk options really dont work for our fronts. Its a lot of trial and error to get them to fit. Think Roland had the same problem with his fronts.

yeah even with an L disc face. i was also told the same from Work when i ordered the wheels. its all good i'm gonna double check the front again this weekend when i receive my spacers. has anybody done a stud conversion here? also what length bolts would i need after a 15mm spacer?

looking to order some project kics dual phase lock bolts but with the use of spacers in front i'm out of luck unless someone else wants to purchase two sets with me and split them. i have received a better price than most vendors on here so lmk. other option is a stud conversion with some lug nuts and kyo-ei locks.

Roland and Tommy have done a stud conversion. I'm getting mine in this week. H&R, Tuner Motorsports, Rogue Engineering, and BBS all make stud conversions for our cars. You need to measure your shank length then add 15mm to it. I know that w203 have 39.9mm shank length so if you get 15mm spacers you'll want 55mm shank lug bolts. If you go with the conversion you'll want 12x1.5 thread stud. Just be careful in reading the length of the studs because some companies do overall length and some do the shank length. H&R does it by shank length and Tuner, Rouge, and BBS does it by overall.

PHI I was considering classics myself at one point. I said lm's since you see them less. But talking to CCW no C class or much Mercedes at that have CCWs. Installed my wheels today but rushed and did not realize how much more longer the stocks lugs are on these compared to stock wheels (oem lugs) and I believe I messed up my parking brake assembly FML. Going to work on it again tom and hope I can fix it without taking it to the shop. Hardly moved the car but I guess it was enough since I can hear rattle and scraping even with wheels off and it seems like the one wheel has a harder time moving then the other. Anyways quick teaser of how it looks. Front should lower more after it settles.

Looks great Icon. Hopefully you didnt mess up the assembly. Try putting the parking brake on and off a couple of times to see if itll loosen up. Yea the LM20 are gorgeous. They look better than the classics in custom colors. Im thinking candy teal with gold rivets or a deep candy purple with gold rivets. If they still do neo chrome Ill go for those first on the rivets. Yea i see more bmw with CCWs. Ill shoot them an email on cost. I know its 2500 starting off +175 for custom color. So least 2675 for a set of 17. Im gonna try to sneak 17x9 &17x10 on. Offset is going to have to be around +15-20 with 215/45 & 235/40 tires.

Heres the teal... So nice with white, thats just glossy teal mine will be candy so itll be darker

I like the candy teal. I just feel like with crazy colors after awhile you grow out of it or get bored of it. I have white faces on my M3. I would do polished and if you get bored then get them in teal! Also went to MB dealer today and got all the parking brake assembly parts and fixed it and shaved the bolts down and everythings good. Photoshoot to come soon

I seen skankz run a 18x9 et 37, does that work okay on the w203 front? no rubbing or clearance issues?

I really want to run a 18x9/10r in some vorrstoen type wheels. in black gloss. want a more aggressive stance, slight stretch look. currently on p40 reps 8.5 et 28 or 30, 9.5 et 32

I think that would look siiick. Thoughts?

the only problem I see anthuny is either doing a bolt pattern conversion or waiting until varrsteon makes a wheel in our lug pattern. had their te reps on several of my past cars, and loved everything about them but unfortunately they have one style in our pattern and you would have to run a square setup.

If you going to run 9s in the front you're going to need a pretty low offset so the wheels dont hit the strut assembly. I plan on doing 17x9 in front with a +15-18. I have +20 right now and it pokes a little bit. I hopefully can get 17x10 +15-20 in the rear. I know i'll have to stretch the tires some.

So finally bent my front driver side rim along with a crack. I'm thinking about going back to stock so I don't have to worry about these dang pot holes anymore. And I dont really wanna shell out on 18s since xmas is around the corner. Any of you have gone back to stock and regret it?

Thanks Frank. Thats what I was afraid of. I do wanna go 18s but just can't afford right now. I need to think this through.

Tirerack doesnt seem to have alot of 18" staggered options.

the ASA GT5 and the Bremmer BR05 are staggered and are very cheap on tirerack.

Is there any real advantage to staggered setup? I may just get my same ST4 rims in 18's non staggered. At least I can rotate tires. Any thoughts?

you can go with the same size all around. staggered setup just gives your rear wheels more grip since its a rear wheel drive car. Its like when you see civics and front wheel drive cars with wider front tires at the track, its all about traction.

Thanks for info. I found someone selling locally 18s AMG split spoke staggered but offset of 35. Do you happen to know what spacer I need and will experience some rubbing?

you'll probably only need spacers for the front wheels to clear the calipers, maybe 5mm will work if not 10mm will clear. just test fit them when you go see the wheels. Rubbing will depend on the tire size you use.
