I agree with phister. Also I need a quick opinion, will 18x8 and 18x9 be fine? Originally I was going to get my BBS LM's in 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 but there not available in those sizes from the place I am getting them so I am going to have to go for the 18x8 and 18x9. Is there a noticeable difference between the two? Whats a good tire size to go with (i like a bit of a stretched look). Thanks!

but size wise, they fit just fine.
215/40/18 245/35/18 will probably be stretched enough.
the silver 8.5 is listed as available on tirerack and the 9.5 is listed available on bbs-usa btw.
are you getting the replica or the authentic? I'm asking because some replica does not have enough back spacing to clear 05-up sport brakes.

Would they not clear the back brakes or front ones?

NEED HELP!!
The place i was getting the wheels at do not have 18s, so I have to go with 19s. Will 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 fit without a problem and not rub? the offset was 35 on the front and 40 on the back will that work? Also tires what should I do?

Front - 235/35/19
Rear - 265/30/19
Those will clear, you may or may not have slight rubbing on the back with 3 adults in the backseat but it shouldn't be anything to worry about.
The front offset of 35 is a little close depending on the style of the spokes. Do you have a pic of the wheels?
Also, make sure you have lugs that will fit correctly. I measured the distance that the thread has to protrude past the wheel and got 5/8" you definitely do not want to have too short of a thread because it won't be secure. And if its just an 1/8" too long the rear ones will strike the parking brake so it has to be just right.

As for the tires, I stick with Michelin and Continental. Bridgestone supposedly makes some good performance tires but I've never owned a set. There is this one company called Hankook that makes cheaper tires that I've heard mixed responses about. Some people love them for the value but some people knock them for being a cheap Asian tire. Look up the Hankook Evo tires on tire rack.
If you're looking for performance, I recommend either the Continental ContiSportContact or Michelin Pilot Sport 2.
For all seasons, I suggest Continental Extreme DWS or Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.
And btw, those wheels are sick!

With that big lip on the outside I think 35 might be too big of an offset, my front ones had an offset of 38 and I have a 10mm spacer and it barely clears the caliper (about the same clearance as stock). Do you know the width of the lip?

Yeah based upon that pic, I feel like 35 won't clear, did you ask them if they can get it in 30? I never trust those people when they say it will fit unless they're specialized in MB. You told them it had the sport brakes, right?

I told him that I dont think they will fit so he threw in some spacers (hopefully it will all work) Just ordered them and they came out to 750 for shipping, tax, center caps, spacers, and wheels all together. Now time to wait till I get them, which is going to be hard because I cant drive my car until I do (my front tires are showing the wires). Fingers crossed that everything will be ok.

35 and 40 offset will not work. You will need at least 5mm spacer front and rear.
If you are worry about rubbing you can run 225/35 and 255/30 19"
Contisportcontact is one of the worst overpriced tires. You can get the hankook evo sport or the sumitomo htr-z3 for better performance and value.
You cant base on the pic for anything. Those are authentic BBS LM. Fitment and backspacing is completely different.

Without actual pic of the rep. I cant help you. I was giving you information based on the fact of the picture you posted as the authentic BBS LM. All the reps are slightly different from one another and there are tons out there.

Peydidy are they giving you hubcentric spacers? You should double check because if they just give you universal spacers, your steering wheel is going to shake and it will be a rough ride because all the force will be stressed on the lug bolts instead of the hub.

Hm I feel like they most likely gave me the univeral ones. I didnt know there were different kinds of spacers . How much on average to the hub centric ones cost and were can I get them?
