you can probably do 10mm or 12mm spacers and they should fit. tell him to take a picture with the 15mm spacer and the wheel on to see how far it pokes out.

but with +45 offset you can go up to a 20mm spacer and be ok... something just doesnt sound right unless the wheels offset are different. What size tires are you running on them

$35 on eBay per pair of hub centric 20mm spacers. Just sayin. No need to spend $200 on a set of ECS

just have to be careful with the ebay ones... I've seen them crack before and on the ones with the lips, I've seen the lips break off and stay in the wheel. Ichiban and H&R sell them for around 90 and are top notch.

Wanted to thank you gentleman, I received the stud conversion kit and lug nuts in the mail yesterday. Ran to the store for some red loctite and did the job. No snags along the way.

Still waiting on the title from the previous owner and its absolutely killing me having to sit and stare at my c280 in the drive.

You guys are the best!

use the blue loctite instead of red because red is going to be more difficult to remove if you have to take the studs off. blue does the job perfect

Too late. Did the job yesterday. Will I just need to torch the studs to remove them should I ever need to?

Just use a wrench, it should be really easy to remove studs than lugs

Pulled them off. Used blue loctite. Here's the product.

Just looking for opinions. Anyone think these will look good on a white c240? Looking at these (19x8.5 f 19x9.5 r in 35 offset) with some H&R or Tein springs. I think they should fit with no problem. Any ideas on tires for them? Thanks a lot. Heres the link to them.. http://www.pyspeed.com/MB720-OEM-Rep...m-mb720-19.htm

I've searched through the last 25 pages and couldn't find an answer. I have an opportunity to get some nice wheels at a decent price. I have a '03 c230k, of course. I have a staggered setup but I think I'm going back to the box look so I can get more tire life. Will 19x8.5 with a 30 offset work for all around? Spacers?

Think I am going to go with the white on black look. I've been checking out these Enkei Raijin wheels in matte black and I'd like to go staggered with these. 18x8.5, 18x9.5. But it seems as though the 18x8.5 only come in a 42 offset. Will that work on the front? Spacers needed? The rears have an offset of 35, which should be fine. The only other option is to go 18x8 in the front with an offset of 35. Not sure how a 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear setup would look though.

New CLS style AMG's.

18x8.5 and 18x9.5. Stock suspension. I think it sits a bit too high now, but I'm weary of going after market. Opinions?

you'll want at least a 8mm spacer for the front and can go thicker from there if you want. also I think you'll need hub adapters if I remember for enkei's since they do 76 bore for the wheels or something like that.

depends on the drop you want. if you want conversative for the ss go with tein but their spring rates are softer than the stock ss springs. mild would be eibach then if you want a pretty low drop go with H&R springs.

I would like a conservative drop (don't want to rub the driveway or speed bumps) with the same or similar softness to the stock springs. What do you think?

18 C300 4Matic.
Hay, I wanna put some 19x8 with a 35offset on my 04 c240 4matic. Can they work? How will the front work out with turning and what's the best size tires I should put on? I'm looking for more "meat". Would I need spacers or what???

you wont need spacers for them to work you'll be fine. if you want more tire on the wheel get some 235 series tires like 235/35/19

I just want a slightly lower look, while maintaining a comfortable ride and not scraping any driveways or speedbumps. I used to drive a lowered clk 430 and it hurt inside every time I felt the bumper scrape something.
