I think the price is good , 19" rims with tires only for $890,
it is a very good buy.

PS if you worry about the payment,
make sure you pay with credit card through paypal.
American Express card will be the best.

if something bad happen, you do a dispute on the charge with
the credit card company, not with paypal.
So the credit card company will dispute the charge for you,
just like normal credit card dispute.
although paypal won't like it, who cares, the most important is
you get your money back if something happen.

just pay with credit card through paypal (use AE card)
don't use your paypal balance or echeck.

Nice rims I was about to buy them myself. Whether they are authentic or not they are a good buy. For that price though I'd have to say they are fake. The guy seemed like a scammer so I refrained from bidding. Who tries to purposely mislead buyers like that??

Like the other guys have said. Pay with paypal or AMEX then you are protected 100%. Just call up paypal and tell them you never got the item and they will reverse the charges.

Yeah I've been looking for a good set of replicas myself. They are about 800-1k for 19s. And I've seen real brabus rims go for around 2k on ebay. If you can find a good used set of real ones the resale will be a lot better and will probably be a better investment in the end but..

From what I can tell there are two major brands of mono VI reps from monet and moven. I had the monet reps on my C class and they had a nice machined finish.

www.velocitymotoring.com sells the monet brand of rims - I have emailed this company several times and they have not answered any of my emails. I don't know if they are out of business or just not motivated to make the sale.

I'm not sure of any companies that sell the moven brand though I have seen them for sale on ebay.

www.eurorev.com does some selling on ebay under the alias "b870". I'm planning on getting my rims from them. They seem to have a large selection of finishes and sizes.

 

i think the wheels will looks nice. $800 w/ tires isn't a bad price. post pics when they're on your car.

I am looking to buy a new set or used set of the Lorinser LM6 Styled replica wheels. I remember Velocity Motoring use to carry them, but I called them and they said that Lorinser and other companys had a fall out on this style wheel. Even Lorinser had a fall-out on the authentic versions with CEC. I dont know whats going on but I would like to buy a set of these wheels. I think their the best looking wheels for a Mercedes Benz besides the Brabus VI. Its something different. Do you know where I can find a set ?

 

just check ebay and play around with the search and u'll see styles of lorinser but sometimes they are not listed as lorinser style wheels g luck
