light output is basically the same as the stock halogens, at least it seemed that way. I didn't really notice a difference when i put them on, just made it a little whiter.
Hopefully HID's soon, i really want to get bi-xenons, but they are just so frickin expensive. I might just throw in an HID kit in the headlights and foglights and call it a day.... if anyone is selling a used set of BI-xenons, let me know...

As for the euroteck cf lip, i would suggest having a shop do it, i did mine by myself and both sides are off. If you have a couple people helping you out, then i guess it wont be too hard...
Thats crazy... i went back to the dealer a week after i got it and i saw another white one there... guess they like selling them..
Thanks Phil!!

The C-Sedan grill will not / does not fit on C-Coupes.
There are some MATTIG grills for the C-Coupe if you want to spend the $$$ and then paint it.
The lip on Roland's car will not fit a C-Coupe either. Those are for the C-Sedan w/ completely different front end. You can however, have someone custom-design and custom-fabricate one for you. Go for it !
bottom line:
C-Coupe bumpers, grill, headlights, bumper strips are different parts than on a C-Sedan. The two are mutually exclusive (ie: Not interchangeable).

If any of you are not on the other site, there is a euro meet/bbq going on in Buena Park at Monarch wheels tomorrow Sat. 10/4. If you need more info, hit me up... looks like it should be a good MB turnout

Wanted: CF Trunk Spoiler....
I posted this in the classifieds, but didn't get any hits.... I am looking for a CF trunk spoiler for a w203. Nothing too expensive, one of the ebay/taiwan ones are fine. I would rather have the older amg type, but if not, c55 style is good too. Just looking to do some experimenting with. Let me know what you got and how much....
Thanks.
Thanks.

bone stock E55 AMG
boy, i feel like doing quad setup on my 203...
I've always loved the look of the C55 exhaust so i wanted to do something similar, but didnt want to front like i thought i was one. I decided to go with a dual setup. When i saw slvrc230SS setup, i had to have it. This was done at AAA exhaust in LA http://aaaexhaust.com/ It is a universal Magnaflow single inlet, dual outlet, with Mandrel bent custom piping with 2 silverline oval tips.

Service B
The car was telling me that i was 100 miles over my service B. I was also getting the message "at the next gas station add 1 quart of oil." So i went over to Serge, Hyevon Motorsports at HMS and had service B done. He comes highly recommended by alot of enthusiasts. Service and rates were excellent!
I will be doing my services here from now on...
As soon as i left the shop, i could tell that the car was running stronger and smoother...
I also met Rey, rdscklasse, good meeting you. The E is looking nice. It'll look dope with the E63 kit!! But the Alderla kit is just

actually are there other exhaust shops that charge a little cheaper but still professional? All i know from this forum is that most people take their 203's to AAA, so its prob most reliable. But few people talk of other shops. Any other recommendations?

check engine light came on
So i took my car to the dealer yesterday 10/28 to get it checked out. They told me that whoever did the pcv recall forgot to put a clamp back on one of the hoses, so it came loose??? whats up with that?? i don't know if they are just saying that, but seriously thats bs.. I did the recall in Feb?.... I havent really read what they wrote on the paperwork, since i came straight to work after picking it up this morning, but at least its still covered under warranty.

question about cam sensors
ill be hitting 50k miles in about 3 weeks, so while my car was at the dealer i wanted to do the cam sensor fix. The SA is friends with one of my friends and he said he would take care of me and do whatever i needed, well he would try anyways. He even wrote down that the cam sensors were leaking. After it was checked out, he said that they wont fix the cam sensors right now because they didn't find a leak, but IF (when) it does happen, it will be covered under warranty even after my warranty ends??? The SA wrote down that i complained about the leak and even had my own personal mechanic say it was leaking. Since they said it wasn't, it'll be covered no matter what????? has anyone ever heard of this???
