Holy crap, I bet that thing is fast. I think I'd keep the outside of that thing bone stock, assuming the normal hood fits, to maximize the embarassement of all those that I blow away - especially unwary M3s. Too bad, I'm sure that 6.1L motor is ridiculously expensive.

My (limited) knowledge of German language says that it should be read "brah-boos".

Yeah, call them.

They're pretty easy to deal with, though, like you, I sent them an email weeks ago, and got nichts.

BTW: Which Penn Station renovation were you talking about? I was there a couple of years ago, after the first renovation, which was really nice.

Being from Doylestown, I don't go to Philly much. Big cities are scary! We're going to the show tomorrow afternoon, though. I agree about Chinatown - it'll be too crowded with fellow tourists to make it worth a trip.

i just called them. according to the person i spoke to at brabus, the part is NOT offered... he was nice about it though.

tommy, actually, the convention center is right at the edge of chinatown and i'm not sure where you're parking (if you're driving in) but the roads are 1-way (wrong way of course ) and last year during the car show, the roads were packed - was moving very slooowly. if you go into the convention center (which is relatively new), there is a pedestrian bridge to the part in Reading Terminal. nice architecture there although the convention center proper is blah. if you get a chance, you may also want to see the new Kimmel Center (performance/orchestra hall) on broad street - just south of walnut. has a glass barrel vault that contains a rooftop garden. its probably a 6-8 blocks away (south and west).

If enough of us call Brabus asking about the grill, they might produce it.

BRABUS Does have a 4 pedal kit!

With all the discussion regarding pedal kits I started thinking that I recalled seeing a 4 piece set in the Brabus catalog I received. Sure enough, the kit exists and after calling them I confirmed the 4th piece is indeed the dead pedal. According to the rep all pedals attach via screws, so this means you'd be screwing into the floor panel. How much, I'm not sure and the Brabus rep couldn't elaborate any further.

The part number for the 4-piece kit is 000-816-01 and cost is 195.00.
The part number for the 3-piece kit is 000-816-00 and cost is 195.00.

Here's the zipped PDF version of the catalog for the Coupe.

Question

I wonder why it doesn't have the heated seats option when it has so many other features?
