Where is the OBDii (On board diagnostic) connection port in our W203s?
Also is it the standard OBD connection or do you need to buy an adapter from the conventional connection? Thanks for the help

Should be a standard OBD II connection. It's under the dashboard on the drivers side, towards the drivers door. There is a little door on there, so you have to open that to get to the connector.

I found it under the drivers side dash, it's covered by a pull back tab and it's the regular OBD ii connection. Now I'm just curious if it can pick up the MAF sensor like my MB mechanic said i need to change for $750 part plus 1.5 hours labour at $135. I saw the DIY for MAF and it will come in handy if I need to replace it
edit: Thanks Pete was writing my reply while you posted. Also Drex sorry for starting a new topic b/c I did find the info after a 15 minute search on a thread from 2004 in post #22 or so, at least this one will hit google with the current thread name for future searches.

Okay, good. Did you read this thread that I started a little while back?https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...-cleaning.html
My dealership told me I need to replace my MAF sensor, and it was causing a CEL, I use the cleaner (specified in the thread I posted) and the MAF sensor has been fine since!

Definitely try cleaning it first. The part is $139 http://germanstar.ne/MAF.htm and it should take about 15 minutes to install. And they wonder why some refer to them as 'Stealerships'.
PS For those in the future my prices are from a dealer up here in Canada, it's seems we've had a mad increase on parts here lately, the down cycle O2 sensor was $350 up here too?
