Dude, you'd have to swap, the lights, the bumper, the internals of the bumper, the fenders, the hood, etc. etc. etc.
It would cost a fortune.
Personally I like the look of the current version, or rather the old version,
CL203 especially if it's updated with clear lights, and fogs, and 2005 grill.
As far as getting the tail lights to line up, I have to wonder if the edge of the bumper would play
into this.
It would cost a fortune.

CLC Taillights
I don't see the notch you guys are talking about.
I guess you mean the curl on the clear part that forms the spoiler look on the hatch shown in red here....
I wonder if a bit of fiberglass or filler of some sort could be used to make it match up?
Easiest and cheapest way to find out would to be just purchase the blanking panel(s) for one side and play with it....2038210136 9999 AND 2038210236 9999
Can someone get a price on this?
Doesn't the rest of the world just order parts online?
Any links? Here's one more pic

Fitting at least one side will give me a better perspective as to what needs to be ordered / fabricated to make it look right.
I did not order the inside hatch lights because I want the look of the 2014 C-Class Coupe, but depending on how these fit I may need to order those too.

If you had ordered the top part of those tail lights, you would find they actually extend out about 1 cm to the rear VS your CL203 taillights. And thus if you had the CLC taillight top on CL203 with regular CL203 hatch, the taillight top would extend about 1 cm further back than the top of the hatch-deck. At least that's what I recall from examining Hkirov's CLC conversion (he had both CLC taillights with tops and CLC hatch) and I examined the dimensions of the CLC taillight because I thought that would be a nice mod for the CL203 but you really need the CLC hatch unless you want it to look like that boxy Toyota Celica.

I think I found those pics you mentioned (attached)

Picked up the outer clc lights
Picked up the outer clc lights, but it looks like I'll need the CLC trunk filler and upper filler pieces above the lights for sure. I really like the look of the CLC lights, they remind me of the new C-Class coupe.

Here's the CLC part numbers for the hatch. The Henderson Nevada Mercedes dealership was nice enough to find this on their computer system, however they could not order any of these parts.

mbpartsworld.com has Mercedes-Benz USA computer system part numbers - if you can find it there, then your local MB dealership should be able to order it for you.
Did you try ordering from same place you got CLC taillights from?
CLC was never in USA - thus Mercedes-Benz USA don't have CLC parts on their computer system which is why your local Mercedes-Benz dealership can't find CLC parts on their computer.
Once in a while, at the Mercedes Dealership you'll find a really nice Parts person,... explain that the part isn't usually available here but you have the Mercedes-Benz part number (they can't look it up!) and request that they ask someone at Mercedes-Benz USA to special order it from Germany,... usually takes a day to get you the price and about 1-2 week to get from Germany to your local Mercedes-Benz dealership. This has worked for me for a few MB parts that are not available in Canada.
