Heat blows cold out of drivers side vents

In my 2005 C230 I have just recently started having issues with my heat blowing cold out of the drivers side vents. When I turn the heat on, it does fine and blows HOT through ALL vents usually for about 10 minutes then slowly the heat coming from all of the driver side vents turns to cool (drivers side middle vent, vent near the drivers door and even the rear vent on the drivers side). Heat blows super hot the entire time on the passenger side. If I get out of the car, run into a store or something, come back out, crank the car and turn the heat on, it will blow hot through all vents for a few minutes then the driver side vents turn to cool air.

Can anyone please give me some insight or ideas as to what the problem may be?...or what I can do to solve it? Car does not run hot or anything, I've tried re-setting/re-syncing, turned the 'A/C off', tried the recirc button, and even tried going back and forth between auto and manual.

You can download the entire system from Buellwinkel on the sticky - otherwise PM me your e mail.

Yeah I don't have the technical expertise that Glyn does to help you, so I just thought I'd ask an easy, obvious question. When you rotate the knob all the way to 80 or 60, there's a notch you click through that tells the system "full blast" hot or cold, whichever you have it turned to.

We had same issue before. We had replaced one motor that related to radiator or something I forgot. I can check the list and let you know soon.

Please do - stepper motors are suspect - I have given him the entire MB tutorial on the system.

The knob goes past the "notch" to 80.

No clicking noise or anything, sounds normal like it always has. Eriklin, let me know what you find. Thank you Glyn to the help you've provided as well!
