Fletcher Jones MB - A disappointment?
Thread started in the w204 forum, but w203 owners probably have more experience with the Fletcher Jones Franchise.

My experience with FJ Newport Beach is they are huge, their service area is so crowded that it's insane. I'm just afraid to go there because they'll never find my car. I liked them better when they were Jim Slemons MB. From a sale perspective, they seemed too snooty and slick for me. I go there for parts on Saturday because parts at my closest dealer is not open on Saturday.

eh all mb dealerships suck in terms of customer service when you compare it to the service you get at a toyota or even a kia dealership. You just have to go to the least crappiest one. For me personally House Imports in buena park was horrible, Fletcher Jones in New Port was the best. Its the price you pay to drive a MB.
If you want good customer service, buy a lexus or a hyundai genesis sedan. Hyundai will even bring the car back to your work from the dealership if you own a genesis sedan.

From what I read they seem to be true "car salesmen" believing in W.C.Fields (There's one born every minute).
As it was said above, the best is to choose from the lest crappiest among them and show them that the customer controls the purchase and will not bend over.
