M271 pulley + ECU tune combo
It seems that this is their only delay.
Is there anyone who can get a hold of this guy? or is there anyone else in the chicago area that would do this?
I want to make sure this moves forward

Thank you for any input.

i've been talking to LET on the phone on and off... and know others who have tuned with them and have had great success with gains....
if you are able to meet with them for a dyno when you get the tune and pulley, it will optimize your car for that setup plus the headers.
otherwise you may have potential codes thrown at you because of air fuel ratios will be off and this will probably also affect your mpg.
if you go renntech, then you'll probably overstress your car and not have the ecu accustomed to the higher and more compressed flow through your engine. and i've already had to replace my supercharger (under warranty thank god). i would hate to do that out of warranty.
unfortunately... LET seems to be slow in making progress with this project. but i am patient because they seem to be the way to go in my mind.
goodluck with your decision
how much power has the header given you? someone told me the headers only give 3 horses with the kleemann ones, but u'd know better. There is a dealer with them about 15 minutes from my house so I can go to them, but i'd get the dyno done from my dad as he has one
. so people you know have had pretty good success and gains out of this, and this seems like this is the newest project on the m271 engine.thank you for all your input and i think i may wait just a little longer, but will probably go with LET crank and ECU tune.

if you want i can come by and get one done and let you know in person
before i purchased i saw a dyno before and after floating around here and the gains were about +20 hp and +20 tq. i dunno if it is really that much, but i can really feel it above 3k rpm. (i also have the kleemann cat too).
if we can get 5 people for a tune, LET will fly down and do it in person. if he goes to one of your dad's dyno places maybe we could save money on a dyno day? hmmmm.... let me know so i can coordinate with them. (renting a dyno can be expensive!)
anyways... if you want i could take you for a spin. my car isn't fast fast, but it definitely feels better than stock.
mclean (tysons corner), va!!
their seems to be a growing number of members that are close to me. i am in mclean!! we need to do a meet i missed the last one in Tysons
