MW_ATL's Coupe
Ok, I cleaned the car up and decided to snap some pictures the other day. It is about as stock as it can be, so it might dust off some memories for some of you with nice mods .
The stats real quick: It was purchased new just after they were introduced. Bose and leather interior. Voice Control and the MB phone/bluetooth option have been added, and it probably will be getting a US Spec Comand in the fall. It is a daily driver that started out as the wife's car and then became my regular ride. It is showing just over 92K now.

Hey MW_ATL,
Nice looking coupe. Do you drive around Buckhead/Brookhaven much? If so, think I may have seen you a few times.

I was sort of thinking non-pano roofed Coupes may turn out to be a bit rare. I've only seen one, and it was black, so it took me a few moments to figure out what was "different."

Yo no tengo pano. I would think it would be much more of hassle to maintain if that thing breaks down. Plus less weight w/out a pano too

Yeah, I suppose it's less moving parts and less weight as you said...plus the extra 15 hp you lose by having a pano just IS NOT worth it...

That's a Pano roof, bro. Something's just not working. You should be able to crank it open manually and back closed (see the manual) and maybe that'll tell you what's broke. I believe they have some plastic gears that can strip sometimes....
Congratulations, you got a new feature! Just in time for the summer. Get it working and !!!!

I am actually planning AMG Sways and the Comand for the fall. I'm pretty much a stock, or at least stock look person, but I have been coveting the Sport rims.

When I press the button after the roof tilts, there isn't a sound or anything, so I assumed that was just the extent of my roof's function. I figured a broken sunroof would sound terrible - grinding gears, etc...
Anyway, WOOHOO! Pano roof I'll have to get it working. Thanks for the info guys!

Phone and VR
I put the voice recognition module and the entire MB phone system in my cars about two years ago and wrote it up. I figured I will go ahead and post the pdf file here. There are a couple of typo's in the document, but I can't find the original word file, so it just has to live with my mistakes included. The original hyperlinks in are also not functional in the pdf.

Coupe hits 100,000 miles
Yah!! The Coupe hit a new Milestone the other day. It rolled past 100,000 miles and is still going strong.
I am a bit disappointed, I had decided I was going to snap a picture at 100,000 exactly, but I was en-route to work, in the rain when it rolled over. Between the rain and the traffic I forgot about it until I got off the Interstate.
It got new brake pads front and rear today. Such an improvement, I had not realized that they had gotten as squish as they did.
