1999 CLK320 (sold), 2007 C230 SS (gone), 2000 Grand Marquis, 2011 CR-Z, stay tuned...
I like the non-smoked tails... they stand out, but in a good way.
One thing though... you need a lip spoiler. Just my $0.02

i used to have a c230... but sold it... was my first and last mercedes.. the engine head had to be replaced by the dealership at about 60k miles LOL
i guess my point was civics don't break at 60k miles.......
anyways i have a few cars/motorcycles... but i'd say my most nice ride is my 02+ acura nsx
i guess to each their own.... sorry about my remarks above....

man i cant disagree with you more. when i get out of medical school, i dont even see myself owning a car larger than a C class.......E/CLS/SL/S all too big.
what you are saying is the biggest load of crap i've read on here in a while. while money IS an important aspect, it isnt the ONLY aspect. it doesnt fit all of our needs necessarily to drive larger more expensive cars when our cars fit our needs best......there are reasons we made the decision to get the car outside of the fact it is a mercedes you know.
and for the record, an 02 NSX goes for about the same as a new C class and possibly less (and my dad's is sitting in the garage right now, so its not as if i don't know what im talking about)......i'm sure some of these guys can afford an 02 NSX, but a much safer and more functional 4 door sedan may fit their needs better.....
and you would be surprised how many people will buy what you call a "poor man's mercedes" for safety over say a civic. your life and safety has no price, and if that means buying what you are implying to be a "cheap mercedes" than so be it.....that reflects your own prospective of life.

2005 c320 4matic
i have a acura rsx so your telling me i drive a poor man's acura?
so ur saying bmw 3 series and lexus IS models is a waste of money to fix up also cuz they are entry models??
my c320 4matic lux package feels like any higher up mercedes for quality
if your bored of your mercedes than thats fine. no need to be a smart ***.
i guess an acura nsx can me compared to a poor man's supercar

ya so the car is expensive to repair...its also a MUCH nicer car than a honda (insert name here)...alot more money goes into designing and building a MB and its called a luxury car not a POS ricer...plus I bet if you took care of it at all regular intervals and replaced the oil when needed etc. you probably wouldn't have blown anything...
lesson learned...don't talk SH*@ about a car w/in its own forum...you will lose!

LOL i love my C230 and its much nicer than most cars in the same price range.
And yes my windshield is tinted. Haven't had a problem with cops for years (knock on wood) but it does void insurance if you get into an accident. I only have min coverage so it doesn't matter. I don't have to wear sunglasses in the sunshine state here .![Stick Out Tongue](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)

frank, he apparently did delete his posts. couldnt live up to his own comments i guess
. the only thing i cant stand more than a pessimist is a coward who cant live up to his comments and accept his being wrong. can't accept criticism.....i wasn't being mean, just telling the guy "look, there is more to it than just money or status".....ya gotta be able to accept criticism, learn from you mistakes, and move forward in life......instead, he is hiding. whatever.....i hope he learned his lesson.
