FS: 17" OEM Wheels from 2006 C230 Sport Sedan

Selling a set of four staggered Mercedes-Benz stock wheels from a 2006 C230 Sport Sedan. Front tires are original Continentals and have approximately 30% of their tread left, rear tires are newer Dunlop Direzzas with approximately 80% of the tread left. Put a set of 19's on my car, so I have no need for these wheels. Asking $400OBO.

I can provide high-resolution pics on request.

Thanks!

Brian

i'd keep those for those stormy weathers and if you ever decide to resell the car. Easier to sell stock cars than modded cars. just my 2 cents.

Actually, I already have a set of winter wheels. Three sets of wheels seems like one set too many. :-)

thx for the input

i was also thinking with the 17" amgs i could leave my c240 with the ugly stock suspension, but if i get the 18s i would have to lower it. thoughts?

agreed. But even with the 17s you'll be raising yourself up to truck status.

Remember that the heavier the wheel the worse the gas mileage. In addition, you may not be getting a better ride, but rather worse.

If those AMGs are not bent or terribly curb rashed, then they're a heck of a lot better for the price.

When I went from the 16s to my 17s I feel like I lost at least 2mpg.

OH MY GOD. Someone on the forum is talking sense. I'll sound the alarm.

On a more serious note, I think 18" is the absolute limit for a C class. If you go over 18 you are officially driving a clown car.

bolt pattern seem to be the same. But there are other things that factor into it. Hub Bore, Caliper spacing, and offset.

Not 100%, but I don't think the offset will work.

Why would you want such heavy wheels with an anemic engine anyway?

Those wheels are m14 bolts, you c-class is m12 bolts. Would not be safe, because its wrong size and OEM MB wheels are Ball seat, if it was a conical wheel, it would be ok

What wheel weight would be considered "heavy" on a C class?
