I think you mean 24 inches or 2 feet...12 feet would be over you garage.
Erik
It's more like 9-10 ft. 30" of snow was just the morning, after the shoveling (I had to clear pathway) all snow was dumped on car. It's roughly 9-10 ft now, no joke. In pic it's about 7 feet.
and why did u choose to burry your car?

one word: WOW
one question: don't u have a garage?
Do you think anything can happen to the car if it stays like this for another 72 hours? There should be a heavy storm this weekend so hopefully it will melt most of the snow.
Yeah it's taken up by the 2nd car. The other half is full of garbage that I have to sort through when it gets warmer.

The rain storm this weekend won't melt the snow...it'll just rain enough to crust the snow with ice.
Citron may be a hot color....but not hot enough to melt all that snow. Hope you enjoy your Benzcicle...lol
By the way....did you remember to close your windows and roof? lol

His car is white. It won't attract any heat at all. It will be a benzcicle.
Oops, you better go check. Just dig it out real quick to make sure.
no idea other than for sure that you will have a hard time re-start your car. My suggestion is to let the snow melt by itself or hose it with warm water. NEVER scrape!
Just get in, start it up, let it run with the heater and defroster on full, get out and brush the snow off with a gloved hand. Anything that sticks to the car- so what. It will sublimate in bright sunlight or melt as the car warms enough to warm the metal body a little. I wouldn't be too anxious to get out on the road with it anyway...the C-Coupes ground clearance is way too low for anything but hardpack or 3-4 inches of fluff

uh, wait, it's ALL snow!
Where my freakin car!
Gdmit!
Mom, have you seen Dad lately!!!!

1. your a good driver
2. you aren't going to hit anyone coming out of the drive way
3. friends with local police
that should work...
The first time I did not expect it to happen but the second time it slid off I never even realized it was loose it was frozen solid to my car just 2 hours before hand.
Best bet fluff out as much powder as you can from the car and wear some waterproof gloves. If there is a layer of ice on the car let it get a bit warmer and use a friend to lift the ice sheets of the car do not try to force it off...
Some friends of mine used hot water to remove all the ice from their car but I'm not sure how good that is for the paint with the extreme contrats in temperature.
Make sure that the exhaust pipe is clear if you are running the car for any length of time. If you don't you could end up with carbon monoxide build-up in the car.
