Rake
I just switched to eibach pro kit and noticed that my rear sits a little lower than front, so...
1. Normally, is it lower in rear or front ?
2. What's better, Positive Rake ( lower in front ) or Negative Rake ( lower in rear ) ?

These cars must sit nose down for good high speed stability or you let too much air under the vehicle that forms a pressure wedge under the car that wrecks the aerodynamic design.
Nose down!!!!!!

or you could put a cf lip in front to block out some of the air going under the car

i am agreeing with what Glyn M Ruck is saying that its better for the w203 to be nose down for proper aerodynamics and that it also looks better since the back fender of our cars make the rear appear lower even though it is not.... that help?
