Poser "C24 AMG" at the College of Staten Island...
I just had to take pics of this mess 
Looks like a pre 2005 C240 with the 0 removed, an AMG badge tacked on, and some nasty bolt on exhaust tips which look totally fake from the side.
Why do people punish themselves like this?
He could have at least got the numbers right.
I'm thinking of upgrading to the C69 AMG...

I think that car's owner has a relative in Georgia, driving the "E32" I got behind the other day. I also passed a C55 with the V8 Kompressor badges on the fenders - but didn't try to take that picture while driving.
I really don't understand it, but I guess it's there car and I can't get too offended.
Shoot, I've considered doing the '05 tails on my Coupe and keep struggling with the "it's not an '05" idea. Just not me....

There's a guy at my school with a C320 Kompressor Coupe. Makes me laugh! I lost my pictures of it, but I'll take more.

LOL you should have left him a note saying LOL NICE AMG... I wish i had my camera two days ago when i went to OC... I saw this white coupe with its back tail lights ducked taped up it was so bad

Its unfortunatly comming into all car communities due to the fact that high end cars are becoming less expensive so that means average stupid people who know nothing of them get in them and treat them like a Civic or Neon

What fascinates me is what goes through these peoples' minds as they are ordering the extra badges and putting them on their cars. 95% (or more) of the people who see your car won't know the significance of "AMG" or "Kompressor" anyway. And the 5% who do will immediately know that you are an idiot. Why bother?

he he!! Nothing pisses me more off than these guys. I saw a C24 as well, with V8 compressors on the sides, silver on 290W around Shrewsbery area here in mASS. I pulled next to him and just shook my head
