c-coupe (non-hatchback) spotted
I'm not sure if this has been stated before but it's new to me and I don't see anything about this car on the MB website. This afternoon I was exiting a garage and saw a silver c coupe (not sure on model) in a parking lot with what looked to be the sport package. It looked just like the c sedan except shorter with two doors. I remember seeing a post with a photoshopped version of this car a while back but i cannot find it anymore.

its seems like an awesome value for the price.the thing that pissed me off the most was that the clk320 is slower than the c320. i was like wtf. but ya the clk500 is the one i would get for sure.

Oh yea it probably was the new clk i hadn't seen the new one's but i just pulled it up on the website and they look almost identical from the front (which is what I saw) to the c sedan.

The two things that make the C-coupe look strange are the distance from the rear wheel arch to the rear quarter window. Too big. And the treatment of the rear end, particularly the plastic window and hatch area. Unfortunate, to put it mildly. The CLKs (both w208 & W209) are much more attractive. IMO, of course.

CLKs were my fav model, i dun know what happened. i just cant see myself in the new ones. and the w208s look too old.

I like the exterior of the 209, but the interior of the 208. The 209's interior has too much similarity with the C-class.

I'm sorry but to me the worst curent MB is the new CLK, i sat in one at my dealer and when i got out i just felt like the car was GAY, i'm sorry but i did not feel to manly looking around at it.:o
I would only buy an 02' CLK hardtop or an 03' CLK cabrio. They are so so so much nicer when placed side by side to a new CLK.
The interior on the W208 i will admit looks a little outdated compared to my C coupe, but i still think its nice and suits the car well.
I happen to love the rear of my C230 coupe. Its a compete change when the car is in black, lowered, and with the badges removed and nice wheels and spacers give it an unbelievably agressive look. I love it.
