Stole my mirror
Cant believe it I parked my car on the curb last night day after Halloween and this morning I see all kinds of errors on my display about mirror, signal, light. Figure the computer is going crazy. I look at the passenger side and someone stole my mirror!
Didnt smash it off but nicely taken and snipped the wires.
I been a victim of hit and run with other cars on driver side mirrors but never a professional theft.

wtf defeatedly a pro read this https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...de-mirror.html of all things to steal i would defeatedly go for something worth more to more people. and someone with a w203 should not be stealing but then they are cheap now so that really doesn't say much anymore.
lol i just thought about this and i do want new mirror lights? lol the covers take like 2 seconds a side to get off. lol but i have a conscious and every time i used the turn signals i would think that i stole them and would be mad at myself for doing something stupid.

i'm on the same boat! halloween night some old lady smash into my driver side mirror. the cover came off and it did all sorts of damage to the mirror and inside.. i need to find a replacement. let me know if you find a place/website and i'll do the same !

Its more the PITA part of the whole thing than anything else. At least they didnt just yank it off and leave scratches and dings all over.
I may have to just get it taken care of at the dealer quicker than try to shop around, after driving today in traffic I realized how much I used that thing.
Hard to make quick lane changes in heavy traffic when you whip your neck and the gap closes on you.

i know right? when i was driving i kept looking at the side mirrors .. and i realize one of its gone, felt like i was lost without it haha 
luckily mine wasn't the passenger side mirror cause you use that one the most.
well if you have a auto-dimming not power folding like me the replacement will cost you around $610 for the frame and the glass ... the glass alone is $400 bucks

socal - long beach. i was hit on halloween by some old lady in a Chevrolet Silverado with two wheels on each side in the back.. smash my mirror and tried to run. 
Mirror cost $610 to replace
police didn't help, told me to stop following her. if only i can find info with her license plate number

For me it was in a nice area of Glendale. Actually everytime something f'd up happens to my car it has been in nice areas Beverly Hills, Glendale, Staples Center VIP parking.
When I go to shady areas like South LA, bad areas of downtown LA, nothing happens. Go figure.

Maybe a good time to upgrade to the power folding mirrors. I may have either a stock driver or pax mirror in my garage. I upgraded to the Euro mirrors as well as the folding mirrors. I also have the stock mirror bracket assemblies as well. PM me if interested.

Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do here....
I have a 2002 C230 Kompressor and need a new driver side mirror.
The dealership wants close to $1000 bucks to replace it but I found one online for 240 bucks from the warehouse. Got it in the mail and looks perfect! Except....it has a 10 hole connector and the connector on my car is smaller! Damn I don't want to go to the dealership for this....any ideas? Does anyone know where to get one that has the right connector size and not have to spend all my money?
