Lowbeam headlight clip

Lowbeam headlight clip
Hey guys went to go change the lowbeam bulb in my headlights. As I was putting the new bulb back in the plastic clip fell down into the engine bay. I cant find the damn thing. It looks just like a paper clip and it secures the bulb in place. Can I buy just this from the dealer or am i gonna have to buy the whole headlight. It shouldnt be more a 5 dollar part from mb. Any input guys?

There are other posts about these - good luck finding one.
Take the cover plate off under the engine. That's where they usually land.

I lost mine too! I would not mind replacing it. Samaritrey if he finds his. I might have some interest!
Edit wait - I think we are talking about something different. I did not read it all the way. Clip I am missing is what you remove to adjust the headlights.

well bought my bix so i have my originals. then i needed a fog light and i found a package deal 2 fogs 2 headlights for 25 +15 for shipping so i bought it. then in shipping one of the lights inner part broke loose and i got 45 back in insurance lol.
and i think i have that part i will check this weekend when i go to my moms where i have the lights.

oh sorry forgot to post along with it that all my clips are sort of broken. they have a tab on them that keeps them on and every single one of them is broken. they seem to stay on ok without them though after work i will post a pic for you.
