So I am waiting to turn and a tool in a 09 GMC 1500 decides I must be invisible, and turns into me, folded my mirror real hard, snapped the LED lens inside it, and scuffed and dented my front fender. I cleaned all the markings off (100% clean) and I think it may be a PDR candidate, didnt know if we had any specialist on here. Ill upload more pics tomorrow. His fault (idiot) but yeah still sucks.

wait can this be used against me in the court of law
that looks to bad for a pdr guy but i am no expert.

MBWorld Fanatic!
And all of a sudden, your neck starts hurting, right?
Jk lol, i hope both of you are fine and that the repairs won't take TOO long. It always sucks to have any accident happen, cuz it just takes away from whatever precious time we have for everything else...

Here are more pics I took after I got hit, The truck didnt move, I pulled forward so I could get outa the car, his tire is what made the dent, if that explains where I was, I was not moving when he hit me, and I layed on the horn, as I saw him progress toward my front end, I replayed it and wished I was smart enough to slap it into reverse, then we would have hit my tire and not hurt the body.
Damage:
After I cleaned all the scuffs from the tire off:
As you can see, he was in the middle of the entrance/exit, which would indicate a left turn, he had no turn signal on, and failed to look to his right, if he did he would have seen me, hes a tool for A. Being in the middle of a 2 lane entrance, blocking both ingress and egress, and he didnt signal, and he failed to stop when I honked for over 5 seconds straight.

Out Of Control!!
Looks like I was wrong about the paint, but if it were me, I'd want a new fender with new paint on it instead of trying to save this bozo money.
Is he admitting fault at least?

time to make some money
get the most expensive quotes you can for replacing the fender and then painting, which also includes blending the surrounding panels. should be $2,000 easy.
then just go to a PDR guy and pay him about $150 to fix the dent.
