For your questions, no , it's not recommended to cut springs. but I know some people that cut their springs plus changed their shocks and their cars are running just fine so far. Like I said before, I did the same to mom's C200, Eibach springs + Bilstein shocks and her car is OK, not too bumpy, pretty good in cornering. You could get KONI adjustable shocks for better handling/ride since you can adjust it.
REMUS maybe! It's so popular in Indo LOL..It's not too loud and not too quiet either plus so deep.
See you around.

OT, but damn, nice quality pics dude

thinking to change the shocks also, coz it has been 7 years (so it will justified my plans to upgrade to aftermarket shocks
)I'm thinking for supersprints, but it's hard to find any bolt-on mufflers in Indo.. the shipping cost nowadays is crazy.
after browsing around, i also thinking about eisenmann. is it that good? and is it ok to put it on a stock engine car?
thanks, bro..

. How you like your rears? Have any side pics? I'm suggesting to cut 3/4 coil all round and adjust the rears by changing your springs pads later on if you don't like it. Well, the springs guy in Indo usually has ALOT more knowledge on this, so try to doublecheck with the guy.Are you sure your car is an 00? I thought the first W203 was produced in 01..
For the exhaust, well, yeah shipping is always CRAZY to Indo from US or somewhere else. I'm not sure for SS exhaust, never actually heard one in person, but I know Eisenmann is pretty loud especially the race one. You could get the sport Eisenmann for less sound.
And yeah it's OK to put one on a stock engine car. Just make sure you get your Eisenmann specifically for your V6 engine. Try to search in this forum, so many guys have Eisenmann on their cars.
I thought REMUS was pretty popular in Indo and easy to get. It's actually bolt on/clamp on exhaust too if you get one that's specifically made for your car. I heard the universal ones cannot be fitted perfectly on our cars.
What other mods do you have in/on your car so far?
