Smile Probably the first set of Carlsson 1/16....

....in NA. It's been out in Europe and Asia for a while. I am sure it will look very nice on W203s as well.

You cant always compare the price in North America with the price in Asia. How much does a C240 cost in Singapore? And do you know how much a set of 18" Monoblock VI is selling in the UK?Different regions have different standard of living and pricing structure. Yes, they should be cheaper in Asia, but if you were to add $800-1000 shipping on top of that, any cheap wheels will become expensive. Who else besides Tirerack is capable of importing a full container of wheels?

Don't they look like BMW Alpina wheels and O.Z. Superleggera?

OZs are 12 spoker and lips are different and much lighter, here is a pic for comparison. I'm considering those for my car

Yep, I am going to be getting the O.Z. Superleggera as well.

17 lbs per wheel. That's very light for a 17 inch.

I really like the 1/16s! They should be here(California) by mid April. Tirerack won't be carrying any more of the future Carlsson lines and Wheel Gallery in Glendale is suppose to be the new distributor. As far as weight is concerned, the 1/16s come in an ultra light version. I believe they weigh about 10.8 kg per wheel(19x8.5)... I think that's about 23.8 lbs... Still a heavier than the Oz wheels but not bad for a German 19 and I'm just diggin these wheels! Personally I like the 1/16s over the Oz but that's just my opinion. Oh, and the Ultra Lights only come in 19s. Any advice on getting 19s for a C Sedan?... I was also thinking of 18s in the front and 19s in the back... thoughts or opinions more than welcome!

If you do this, make sure that you have plenty of tire on the 18's. The overall diameter must be the same or the ESP will get screwed up. So if you have less wheel in the front, make absolutely sure that you have more tire.
